Art Education opens the doors for students to explore new concepts and ideas through creation and critique. Through this process, students learn to retain a higher level of thinking and strengthen their creative minds. They learn the importance of community and communication. It establishes the tools they need to interpret the world around them ,and provides a base upon which students will learn the skills they need to carry them through life. In an ever changing world, art education is a great way for students to keep up with their ever changing surroundings and take in what they see everyday. Art Education gives students the opportunity to understand the past, question the present and prepare for the future.

- it fights the false optimism of commercialism and reassures us that its ok to be filled with confusion, and more importantly, that its natural to experience pain
- art is loved for the way it seamlessly expresses our internal emotions and connects with us, making us feel a little less lonely in the world
3: Art Rebalances Us (2:32)
-it balances us
- we are drawn to specific kinds of art because it compensates for something we are lacking in our lives
- becomes a personal and internal need to reset ourselves
- it is in the power of art, to make us feel more rounded and balanced internally and eases our minds
4: Art Helps us to Appreciate Stuff ( 3:46)
- reminds us of the value in the everyday things, when we live in a world that glamorizes the media industry that is unobtainable to most of society
- it highlights what is genuinely worth appreciating in life
5: Art is Propaganda For What Really Matters (4:33)
-used as a tool to motivate, energize and promote a sort of action, thought or behaviour
-its most popular example is in posters for recruiting in wars, but it can also be used to promote ideas like individuality, and provides a more tender and playful approach to life
- it gives ideas a platform to voice itself on, in a noisy and distracting world
- it is important to remember to use art as a constant source of support and encouragement to better ourselves
